About

Feel Better. Move Forward.

Anxiety Anxiety can cause excessive worry, fear, restlessness, difficulty concentrating, and physical symptoms such as muscle tension or a racing heart. Our assessment explores symptoms, triggers, stressors, sleep, mood, medications, and daily functioning to better understand your experience. Treatment may include medication management, lifestyle strategies, and supportive approaches tailored to your individual needs. Depression Depression can affect mood, motivation, sleep, energy, concentration, appetite, and enjoyment of activities. During an evaluation, we assess the severity and duration of symptoms, mood changes, sleep patterns, functioning, medications, and other factors that may contribute to your symptoms. Treatment is individualized and may include medication management and supportive strategies focused on improving mood and daily functioning. Insomnia & Sleep Difficulties Insomnia and other sleep difficulties can make it hard to fall asleep, stay asleep, or wake feeling rested. A sleep evaluation looks at sleep patterns, stress, mood, medications, caffeine and substance use, daily routines, and other factors that may interfere with restorative sleep. Treatment focuses on identifying contributing factors and developing an individualized plan to improve sleep quality and consistency. Mood Disorders Mood disorders can involve significant changes in mood, energy, motivation, sleep, and daily functioning. An evaluation considers the pattern, duration, and severity of mood symptoms, as well as changes in sleep, energy, behavior, medications, and personal history. A comprehensive assessment helps guide an individualized treatment approach and ongoing monitoring of symptoms. ADHD Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) can affect attention, organization, impulse control, time management, and the ability to complete everyday tasks. An ADHD assessment reviews current symptoms, their impact on work, school, relationships, and daily life, as well as developmental and personal history. When appropriate, neuropsychological testing may be incorporated to provide a more comprehensive evaluation of attention, executive functioning, memory, processing, and other cognitive abilities. Treatment is individualized and may include medication management, behavioral strategies, and practical tools to support focus and organization. Hi, I’m Teldra. I believe good mental health care starts with a genuine connection. You’re more than a diagnosis, and your care should reflect the person behind the symptoms. I’m here to listen without judgment, answer your questions, and work alongside you to find an approach that fits your life, not just your chart. My goal is for you to leave each visit feeling heard, informed, and hopeful about what comes next.
